Did you know that there are countless ways to combine a variety of spices to make curry, a blend of seasonings that adds a flavor-packed punch to any dish, and that often, the combination — and spice level — varies region to region or person to person?

To celebrate National Curried Chicken Day, join Chef Collette Haw of Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen at the Center for Health & Wellbeing as she prepares three curry-inspired recipes sure to warm your insides this winter: Curry Chicken Salad, Curry Chicken Soup and Curry Chicken and Rice.

This program is presented by Chef Collette Haw and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in collaboration with Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen.
