With a steady stream of colds, flus and the COVID pandemic over the past few years, we’ll all come to appreciate the power and importance of our immune system. Optimal functioning of our immune system is critical for fighting off both bacterial and viral infections and even cancer.

As we head into cold and flu season, let’s arm ourselves with information and easy to apply lifestyle maneuvers to keep ourselves healthy and our immune system strong into the New Year and beyond.
