Come join us and meet cookbook author Jeffrey Eisner as we celebrate the launch of his latest cookbook!

A few years ago, the Instant Pot, an electronic pressure cooker, became the kitchen essential you simply had to have. Sales of the appliance skyrocketed and a cottage industry of sites, YouTube channels and books popped up, all dedicated to cutting down on your cooking time thanks to the efficiency of the Instant Pot.

One of the new stars of this popular method of cooking is Jeffrey Eisner, who has since authored several bestselling books on the topic and appeared on shows like “Good Morning America,” “The Rachel Ray Show,” and on the Food Network.

Eisner has a new book called “Super Shortcut Instant Pot: The Ultimate Time-Saving Step-by-Step Cookbook,” and he’s coming to the Center for Health & Wellbeing for one night only to demonstrate a recipe and tell you how to use that Instant Pot that may be gathering dust in your pantry cabinet.

Super shortcuts mean saving time and money. In “Super Shortcut Instant Pot,” Eisner, the multiple-time #1 bestselling author of the Step-by-Step Instant Pot Cookbooks, shares easy, incredibly delicious Instant Pot recipes with quick cook times and short ingredient lists.

Eisner’s flavor-bomb recipes are simpler than ever, with quick cooking and each Instant Pot recipe using no more than ten ingredients (including salt, pepper, and oil)—and often many fewer. But make no mistake: these shortcut dishes never skimp on flavor. They deliver the same delectable satisfaction that keeps cooks coming back time and time again. Plus, each recipe also works for smaller households, with instructions to serve from 1 to 6 people.

Authorized by the makers of the Instant Pot and featuring hundreds of step-by-step photos to make each meal foolproof, this cookbook will turn your dinners into winners.

During his presentation, Eisner will demonstrate his recipe for Pepperoni Pizza Pasta and will talk about his new book and favorite recipes. You have two ticket options for this event:

For $30, your ticket includes a signed copy of “Super Shortcut Instant Pot,” reserved seating, and front of the line access to the book signing

For free, you receive general admission into the program

Writer’s Block Bookstore will also be on hand to sell additional copies of the book.

This program is presented by Jeffrey Eisner and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation and Writer’s Block Bookstore.
