Join us in 2024 for all-new conversations with some of Central Florida’s most talented performers and artists. In our monthly Artists’ Series, presented by Central Florida Vocal Arts, you’ll enjoy a lunchtime performance from some of Central Florida’s top musicians and have the opportunity to learn about their process and passion. Bring your own lunch from home or pick up something from Nourish Coffee Bar + Kitchen on the way in.

We kick off the year with the multi-talented Bert Rodriguez. He’s performed at Walt Disney World, originating the role of Crush in “Finding Nemo: The Musical,” SeaWorld, the Orlando Shakes, the Winter Park Playhouse and more.

This program is presented by Central Florida Vocal Arts and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

About the Presenter:

Bert Rodriguez is grateful to make music wherever he can. An Orlando resident since 2006, he helped originate the role of Crush in Finding Nemo: The Musical at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Most recently he was thrilled to be in the opening cast of It’s A Wonderful Night at Sea World Orlando. As a performer, some of his favorite roles in town include Piragua Guy in In The Heights at Orlando Shakes, Captain Lennox in The Secret Garden at Mad Cow Theatre, and Chico in A Day In Hollywood/A Night In The Ukraine at The Winter Park Playhouse. As a music director, he recently helmed such shows as Always, Patsy Cline at Theater West End, A Class Act at The Garden Theatre, The Fantasticks at The Athens Theatre, and Marie And Rosetta at freeFall Theatre. He is proud of his work helping the arts thrive in Central Florida.
