It’s Kids Week at the Center for Health & Wellbeing!

Have you heard of Pilates, and the many benefits it can bring? Reduced back-pain, increased flexibility, and increased strength often come to mind. But, have you ever made Pilates FUN? We invite you to join us for some fun rolling, lifting, bending, and stretching through some Pilates exercises in an up-beat, kid-friendly atmosphere! Bring your mat and your little one and expect to make Classical Pilates exercises FUN.

Parents/grandparents/caretakers must keep their children within view during the program. We will have chairs in the room if you’d like to sit in the back and read or work using our free, building-wide WiFi. We’ll also be opening up the doors to the conference room and you can sit in our Commons, but again, you must keep your child(ren) within view. We kindly request that caretakers of younger children remain with their kids in the activity room.

This program is presented by Megan Burditt and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
