Exercise Your Creativity is back in 2024, with an all-new series of classes designed to inspire your creative side.

In these monthly art workshops, you’ll enjoy the opportunity to experiment with a variety of mediums and art styles. Under the careful guidance of some of Central Florida’s top art instructors, you’ll enjoy the camaraderie of creating art alongside others, creating a sense of community and a boost in your overall wellbeing.

Each month, we invite you to Exercise Your Creativity in our free-flowing creative “happy hours.” There are no rules and coloring outside the lines is encouraged! The Center for Health & Wellbeing will provide art supplies, a facilitator to introduce you to the tools of your crafts, and a safe space to get creative.

Your monthly facilitators will suggest a simple and fun exercise to try that month, but as always, you’re also free to go your own way and just play.

In March, learn how to create a series of beautiful and unique spring postcards. Led by teaching artists Liz Kitchens and Ann Goodpasture, you’ll walk away with your own special cards to send to loved ones or keep for yourself.

Attendance is free; advanced registrations are encouraged but drop-ins are welcome. This program is open to budding artists of all ages.

A rotating roster of artists will facilitate this monthly series and it is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
