In this program, led by HeartMath® Resilience Trainer Stephanie Veraghen, learn three strategies for building and sustaining resilience.

As the last few years have shown, resiliency is one of the most important traits to surviving and thriving during unprecedented times. Bad things are going to happen to all of us, but it’s how we respond to these challenging experiences that will shape the rest of our lives.

In this program, led by HeartMath® Resilience Trainer Stephanie Veraghen, you’ll learn three strategies for building and sustaining resilience. You’ll also learn how to set the tone for the day and to be more composed before upcoming stressful events.

And one of the key factors to building your resilience is learning to recognize and follow your natural intuition. Veraghen will unveil three types of intuition and the benefits of each.

This workshop will teach you a technique for stopping energy drains, obtaining greater clarity, and Improving your ability to find innovative solutions to problems or issues

This program is presented by Stephanie Veraghen and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

About the Presenter:  

Stephanie Veraghen is the founder of Show Up Awesome, a certified life coach and HeartMath® Resilience trainer. She holds an Associate of Science degree in Graphic Design, bachelor’s degree in Advertising-Public Relations, and master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology, specializing in Leadership and Conflict Transformation which integrates the spiritual and transcendent aspects of the human experience with the framework of modern psychology. She draws on her background to teach people simple techniques for dealing with challenging people and situations using the wisdom of their hearts.
