Did you know the average age of widowhood in the U.S. is 59 years old? The loss of a spouse or partner is one of the most stressful events someone can experience, and it’s a pain that can last years or even decades. But hope is available. Discover new friendships and resources to empower your widowhood journey. Recent research shows that widows who find compassionate, resilient communities focused on holistic health will activate more hope, healing and growth. Led by widow advocate Carolyn Moor, you will gain insight on the 10 key factors of building resilience in widowhood — eight of these you can do on your own, but two require you to go outside yourself. What are they and how are they linked to your grief to growth story?
