Join us in person for “Family Make-Ahead Breakfast” on Wednesday, April 20 at 11 AM in the Nutrition Theatre.

Are you looking to be a rock star with your family this week? We’ve got three magic words for you: make-ahead breakfasts. In this live, in-person cooking demonstration, you’ll learn the secrets of always having a freezer full of quick, delicious, and nutritious breakfasts sure to make your family lavish you with praise!

Join Registered Dietitian and Culinary Medicine Specialist Allison Harrell as she demonstrates how to make three make-ahead breakfasts (or any meal since breakfast for dinner is so fun!). These meals will save you time and money and will give you confidence knowing you are serving nutritious meals to the crew, without sweating in the kitchen. These recipes scale well, so make more, eat some now, and freeze a batch for later.

Please note: Registration for all cooking programs close 72 hours in advance so our chefs have time to prepare ingredients accordingly. No walk-ins allowed.

Special Instructions: This is a demonstration-style cooking program, so prepare to sit back, relax and let our chef prepare the meal while you enjoy delicious items. While attending this program, participants will receive a booklet for the following recipes:

  • Sheet Pan Roasted Vegetable Frittata
  • Black Bean and Veggie Taquitos
  • Customizable Breakfast Sammies

This program is presented by Allison Harrell and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

Canceling Your Reservation: If you are unable to attend a program, cancelling your reservation gives us an accurate count of how many to expect; for sold-out programs, cancelling your reservation also allows someone on the waitlist to attend in your place. Canceling your reservation for this program is especially important as most of our programs have limited capacities. Cancelling can be done in two easy ways: by calling 407.644.2492 and selecting Option 1, then Option 3 to speak to a representative or by using the online ticket cancellation option in your original confirmation email from Eventbrite.

By participating in this program, you agree to CHWB’s Gracious Space policy.
