Special Note: This is a series. By registering for this program, you are agreeing to attend each session in the series. This series takes place on January 25, February 1, February 8, February 15 and February 22 from 1 PM to 2 PM.

Are you ready to rev up your mental health and your Physical Wellbeing in 2022? Would you like to be happier, calmer and more grounded this year?

Start the year off on the right foot by joining Licensed Mental Health Counselor Jill Hamilton Buss for this five-week program focused on achieving a healthier, happier you. This science-based program has been rigorously studied and incorporates five elements — Exercise, Mindfulness, Sleep, Social Connectedness and Nutrition — that, when practiced together, result in measurable increases in all levels of wellbeing. This series will offer you education, accountability and doses of laughter and fun.

Special Note: This is a series. All attendees are strongly encouraged to purchase a copy of the book, “WILD 5 Wellness KickStart30: A Proven 30-Day Mental Wellness Program,” prior to the first program in the series.

This program is presented by Jill Hamilton Buss and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

How to join the Zoom Program:

Upon registration for this program, you will receive two emails:

  • One email from Eventbrite: you can either disregard this email or save it for your records. No action is needed with this message.
  • One email from the Center for Health & Wellbeing: this email will contain your link to join the Zoom meeting. Simply select the link and the Zoom Meeting will launch. Please allow yourself five – 10 minutes before the program starts to launch Zoom and confirm your technology is working properly.

About the Program Presenter

Jill Hamilton Buss is a licensed mental health counselor who works with clients in a holistic way to create optimal wellbeing for mind and body. She offers traditional in-office psychotherapy, life coaching and “Walk and Talk Therapy.” She previously served as the executive director of Healthy Central Florida, an initiative to make our communities the healthiest in the nation. She holds master’s degrees from Rollins College and the University of Florida in Mental Health Counseling and Communications, respectively, and was named one of Winter Park’s Most Influential People in 2016.
