Join us for Music and Movement with CFCArts (Webinar) on Tuesday, October 26 at 1 PM.

Let’s move and get your body in the groove! Join Central Florida Community Arts (CFCArts) Teaching Artist Dion DiDonna to learn how to move to music in a whole new way. This guided stretch program encourages healthy movements accompanied by a variety of musical styles.

By participating in this program, you can expect to:

  • experience enjoy by being physically active and expressing yourself in a welcoming environment.
  • learn guided movements to stretch and connect with your body.
  • discover how to incorporate healthy movement into your daily routine.

This program is presented by Dion DiDonna and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with CFCArts.

How to join the Zoom Program:

Upon registration for this program, you will receive two emails:

  • One email from Eventbrite: you can either disregard this email or save it for your records. No action is needed with this message.
  • One email from the Center for Health & Wellbeing: this email will contain your link to join the Zoom meeting. Simply select the link and the Zoom Meeting will launch. Please allow yourself five – 10 minutes before the program starts to launch Zoom and confirm your technology is working properly.

About the Program Presenter

Dion DiDonna is a certified Pilates and Barre instructor, dancer and dance teacher. DiDonna choreographs for professional groups, high schools and colleges throughout Central Florida. DiDonna also works both regionally and nationally performing with multiple professional ballet companies throughout the U.S.

She currently performs as principal dancer for “Lady Cimorene” as well as an additional choreographer, fire dancer and aerialist for the original Victorian troupe, “Phantasmagoria Orlando.”
