Join us for Florida’s Favorite, Healthy Seafood Recipes with Edible Orlando (Webinar) on Wednesday, April 7 at 11 AM.

Looking for your next food adventure? Make plans now to join Edible Orlando’s Katie Farmand and Kendra Lott as they recreate your favorite Florida Seafood Shack recipes that provide all the flavors with none of the fried. On the menu for this program: Spicy Seafood and Sweet Corn Chowder, and Roasted Shrimp with Greek-Yogurt Remoulade and Cilantro and Lime Slaw. Get ready to cook along – or just take notes – as you learn to make seafood dishes that are sure to make both your heart and body happy.

Special Instructions: Participants will receive recipes for those who want to follow along and cook in real time.

This program is presented by Katie Farmand and Kendra Lott and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

About Katie Farmand

Katie Farmand is an Orlando native who grew up eating backyard citrus and tomatoes in the springtime. She began her career at various national magazines including Family Circle and Cottage Living before returning home to Florida to be the editor of Edible Orlando.

About Kendra Lott

Kendra Lott has a master’s degree in food studies from New York University, and is the publisher of Edible Orlando and the author of Unique Eats and Eateries of Orlando. She also has Master Nutrition Certification from UF/IFAS Seminole County Extension.
