Summer brings warm weather, trips to the beach, pool parties, and barbecues! Chef Collette Haw, a classically trained Culinary Institute of America graduate and regular presenter in CHWB’s Nutrition Theatre, recently demonstrated how to cook flavorful dishes that will spark inspiration for what you can make on the grill at your next gathering. Some of the recipes she demonstrated were grilled teriyaki chicken and pineapple, grilled zucchini salad, and grilled mango with whipped mascarpone cheese and pistachios.
While thinking of what to cook at your next summer barbecue, give Chef Collette’s grilled teriyaki chicken and pineapple recipe a try.
Participate in one of our cooking demonstrations, interactive classes, or food tastings in our Nutrition Theatre as part of CHWB’s Community Education Program offering.
