Spring is all about flowers blooming with bright colors, great weather, and hosting gatherings with friends and family. During your next event, serve this delicious Watermelon Berry Slushy mocktail that the entire family can enjoy! All you need is watermelon, frozen berries, citrus sparking water, lime, and mint leaves.   

This recipe is by registered dietitian and nutritionist, Allison Harrell. Allison is plant-based chef who has been passionate about food and nutrition for more than 20 years. She advanced her knowledge by becoming a certified Culinary Medicine Specialist, certified in Weight Loss Management. Harrell believes that every time we eat, it is an opportunity to promote our health. She incorporates culinary experiences with a science-based approach.
