Essential oils can be a key asset to preventing or lessening the effects of respiratory illnesses during cold and flu season. Their anti-microbial effects coupled with ease of use make them a practical approach.

Under the guidance of Judy Minear, a retired RN who is certified in aromatherapy, you’ll review the best methods to avoid airborne infections. She will also cover management of symptoms

You’ll be familiar with some of these select oils and surprised by some you may not recognize. This class is intended to help you boost your knowledge of safe aromatherapy practices. Scent strips will be shared to deepen your experience.

Judy Minear, a retired RN, is certified in aromatherapy. She has shared her knowledge via classes across Central Florida for 12 years. She also is a vendor at our quarterly Commons Co-Op.
