Long touted by health experts, the Mediterranean Diet is inspired by the cultures and cuisines of those who live near the Mediterranean Sea.

Back by popular demand! Chef Collette Haw kicks off the new year with another offering from her popular Mediterranean Diet series. Long touted by health experts, the Mediterranean Diet is inspired by the cultures and cuisines of those who live near the Mediterranean Sea, including Greece, Spain, France and Italy. This diet highlights foods such as fish, olive oil, legumes, whole grains, fruit and vegetables. Learning to incorporate these fresh ingredients into your everyday diet can help you get started on the road to wellbeing in 2023.

In this program, Chef Collette, a classically trained Culinary Institute of America graduate with a passion for seasonable, sustainable cooking, will demonstrate four recipes that celebrate the Mediterranean style of cooking: Shakshuka, Mediterranea Quinoa Salad, Brothy Gigante Beans and Pan Roasted White Fish.

This program is presented by Chef Collette Haw and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

Cancelling Your Reservation: In order to receive a full refund, participants must cancel their program registration at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of the program. Center for Health & Wellbeing’s Refund Policy.
