The essential oils market is booming and it can feel overwhelming to know where to begin. Would you like to feel more confident about your use of essential oils? In this class, the efficacy of essential oils will be explained by their complex aromatics.

Under the guidance of Judy Minear, a retired RN who is certified in aromatherapy, you will experience scent samples for a wide spectrum of common issues. Along with new understanding in brain research comes research-based solutions for many of the stresses of modern life. Learn how to best incorporate them to suit your needs and wellbeing goals.

This program is presented by Judy Minear and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

She also is a vendor at our monthly Commons Co-Op, held the first Wednesday of each month from 3 to 8 p.m. After you learn about aromatherapy in her program, check out her Commons Co-Op booth to continue your essential oils journey.
