Unplug from the Office… Even When You Work from Home

Digital Education Programming Presented by the
Center for Health & Wellbeing

More people are working from home now than ever before. While this shift has allowed us to reclaim the extra hour or two we would have spent commuting, our ability to hold boundaries between our work life and our home life—something that was already in jeopardy—hasn’t been quite so positive. The more the lines between work and leisure time blur, the more important it becomes that we learn to effectively unplug from the office. Unplugging and resting not only impacts our mental health, but are also important actions that help us to be more creative and productive when we are working.

This program is presented by Kristen Manieri and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
