About Your Program Presenter
Margaret Jasinski obtained a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a concentration in Health Education and a Certificate in Business Administration. She is also a Certified Wellness & Health Coach, Health Education Specialist, Kripalu Yoga Teacher, and has gained various contemplative training experiences on living a mindful life through Yale’s Science of Wellbeing course work, Spirit Rock Meditation Center, Show Me Dharma Mindfulness & Meditation Practice Community and MindValley.
She is active with the American Public Health Association (APHA), Section Involvement – Environmental Health, Health Policy. In Margaret’s spare time you can find her reading various self-improvement books, painting, cooking, gardening, practicing yoga or taking long walks at sunrise or sunset.
