In this virtual program, Roniece Weaver, co-founder of Hebni Nutrition Consultants, demonstrates how to use spices and marinades to change flavor profiles and use less sodium in your cooking. During this program, Weaver also shows you how to make a five-spice seasoning dry rub to use on meats before mixing a Green Marinade to finish over a tasty fish dish. Watch now to learn how to spice up your taste buds!

By watching this program, you can expect to learn how:

  • cooking can be healthful and still taste good;
