Sit Down, Get Moving with Lisa

Join Crosby Wellness Center’s group exercise instructor, Lisa, for an at-home fitness class that will work all muscles of the body, no equipment required! The class will be predominately seated and feature sections of resistance, balance and stretching. Lisa will also share tips to integrate these movements into your daily routine to help increase your physical activity and promote a healthy lifestyle. This program is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

About Lisa Hart
Lisa Hart has been in the fitness industry for more than 25 years, first starting her career at the original Crosby Wellness Center. Since then she has taught a variety of classes including Silver Sneakers, Splash, Cardio, Yoga, Water in Motion, Balance and Stability, and Kick Boxing. She now teaches Pedaling for Parkinson’s spin classes where her love for the program’s members continues to blossom.
