There are so many lessons to be learned by simply taking a walk through a nourished garden. Nature is powerful in that it can heal all your wounds; a sustainable, nourished garden allows you to connect with yourself and your relationship with the Earth, no matter where you are. Whether you’re designing a meditation garden or creating a smart, eco-friendly garden with organic growing methods, you can create your own ‘sacred’ garden for harmony and peace of mind. How do you create your perfect ‘sacred’ garden?

Paul W. Jacob (Jake), a seasoned organic gardener, shares with you how to start listening and tending to your land no matter where you live. In this program, he shares tips and visuals from his years developing a sustainable, organic garden and orchard on Cortes Island, off the coast of Canada, to teach you how to create your own ‘sacred’ garden.

By watching this program, you can expect to:

  • learn how to listen and tend to the land;
  • learn sustainable, organic gardening tips;
  • and view visuals that show you the creation and evolution of the process in creating a ‘sacred’ garden.

This program is presented by Paul W. Jacob (Jake) and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
