Music is a powerful tool— in that it can quiet our minds and relax our muscles. Join CFCArts’ Teaching Artist Dion DiDonna and discover the relaxing properties of music with mild movement. Learn how to be swept away into a peaceful state by tuning into music and focusing your mind on the sound. In this virtual workshop, you will experience body isolations and deep breathing exercises set to a peaceful playlist.
