Let’s move and get your body in the groove! In this program, Central Florida Community Arts Teaching Artist Dion DiDonna shows you how to move to music in a whole new way. This guided stretch program encourages healthy movements accompanied by a variety of musical styles.

This program is presented by Dion DiDonna and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with CFCArts.

About the Program Presenter

Dion DiDonna is a certified Pilates and Barre instructor, dancer and dance teacher. DiDonna choreographs for professional groups, high schools and colleges throughout Central Florida. DiDonna also works both regionally and nationally performing with multiple professional ballet companies throughout the U.S.

She currently performs as principal dancer for “Lady Cimorene” as well as an additional choreographer, fire dancer and aerialist for the original Victorian troupe, “Phantasmagoria Orlando.”
