When it comes to improving your overall wellbeing, there are few better remedies than picking up a healthy hobby. Hobbies can get your mind active, lower your stress and get you social—but the real benefit to most people is the boost to overall intellectual and emotional wellbeing. No matter what you’re struggling with, there’s a good chance that throwing yourself into a hobby will have a positive effect. And now, when so many of us are bored at home, hobbies are the perfect productive and proactive distraction.
Join program presenter Beverly Engel to discover how to become “Hobby Successful.” You’ll explore questions like ‘how do I find a new hobby?’ ‘how do I get started with that new hobby?’ and ‘how do I become hobby successful?’
This program is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
