In this program, Edible Orlando’s Katie Farmand and Kendra Lott recreate your favorite Florida Seafood Shack recipes that provide all the flavors with none of the fried. On the menu for this program: Spicy Seafood and Sweet Corn Chowder, and Roasted Shrimp with Greek-Yogurt Remoulade and Cilantro and Lime Slaw.

About the Program Presenters
About Katie Farmand
Katie Farmand is an Orlando native who grew up eating backyard citrus and tomatoes in the springtime. She began her career at various national magazines including Family Circle and Cottage Living before returning home to Florida to be the editor of Edible Orlando.
About Kendra Lott
Kendra Lott has a master’s degree in food studies from New York University, and is the publisher of Edible Orlando and the author of Unique Eats and Eateries of Orlando. She also has Master Nutrition Certification from UF/IFAS Seminole County Extension.
