Creating a Daily Centering Practice

Posted September 1, 2020 | By ale_bellot

Our lives are busy – full of activity and distraction – and we are often overscheduled and weary. Rarely do we make time for reflection, but a daily centering practice provides us with the opportunity for contemplation, for embracing stillness as an essential habit of self-awareness. This Zoom program, presented by mindfulness coach Kristen Manieri, will introduce you to a variety of tools, such as meditation, journaling and inspired reading – all centering practices for you to explore. You’ll learn the many benefits that result from reacquainting ourselves with our inner world, tips for making your new habit sticks and advice for creating a sacred space.
