Have you heard about leaving painted rocks throughout your community as a way to bring smiles to others? These sweet gestures are part of the Kindness Rocks Project, a global movement to promote random acts of kindness through inspirational rocks. Whether it’s motivational, seasonal or celebratory, leaving decorated rocks in various places is such an easy way to not only spread joy, but also unleash your creative side! In this demonstration, Program Host Abi Bell shares more about creating these works of art with rock designs and painting methods that are fun and easy.

By watching this program, you can expect to learn:

  • what materials you need to spread kindness with rock painting;
  • the best places to leave ‘Acts of Kindness’ rocks;
  • and different types of rock decorations.

Special Instructions: This is a demonstration only session. A list of materials have been shared here so that you may put these learnings to good use in the future.

This program is presented by Abi Bell and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
