Join Loren Weiland, Crosby Wellness Center Certified Group Exercise Coordinator, for this dynamic exercise class facilitated through Zoom video conference. You’ll cover all aspects of fitness, including flexibility, strength, balance and cardiovascular conditioning while learning how to exercise safely and effectively in the comfort of your own home. You’ll also discover important modifications that can be made to accommodate physical limitations.
The majority of the exercises in this class will be performed in a seated position, except for a brief standing balance and cardio segment. Loren will take questions at the end of this program during a Q&A segment.

Special Instructions: Please be prepared to participate in this class with a chair and dumbbells. Soup cans or water bottles can be substituted if you don’t have access to dumbbells at home.

Loren Weiland has a rich history of working with older adults, helping them stay active and exercise safely. She holds a group fitness instructor certification from the American Council on Exercise and a 500 hr. RYT credential, indicating that she has successfully completed a 500-hour yoga teacher training program.
