So many of us are guilty of it – reaching for the second, maybe even third cup of coffee when we feel our motivation levels dipping. In moderation, caffeine can be a valuable source of energy, but regular consumption of too much caffeine can be a harmful and dangerous habit. In this CHWB Digital Program, presented by registered dietician Carolyn Dowling, RD, LDN, you’ll gain insight to the benefits and risks of caffeine consumption while learning more about less conventional beverage options that offer abundant health benefits.
This program is presented by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
