Have you ever wanted a peek behind the stage curtain? In this program, the team from Central Florida Community Arts shares with you the process of bringing Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Cinderella to Orlando. Follow their journey to creating a safe, socially-distant theatre experience and performance of this enchanting tale in the non-traditional space of Fashion Square Mall in Orlando, Florida. Experience their passion for theatre, from the first production meeting to the final rehearsal — including interviews with members of the creative and administrative team at Central Florida Community Arts. It’s almost like having a backstage pass!

This program is presented by Dane Becker and is hosted by Winter Park Health Foundation.

About the Program Presenter
Dane Becker was born and raised in Long Island, New York. In 2014, he achieved his BFA in Musical Theatre from The University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music in Cincinnati, OH. Prior to moving to Orlando, FL, Becker worked all over the country appearing in productions such as Grease: Live on the Fox Network, Band Geeks! (With Mykal Kilgore) as well as TV shows such as The Following and Deadly Affairs. He has also worked for The Walt Disney Company, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld Orlando. Becker proudly serves at the Theatre Coordinator at Central Florida Community Arts.
