Whether you don’t have the time or the energy, there’s still a way to make sure you’re getting the most out of your workout. In this demonstration, Crosby Wellness Center fitness instructor Joann Nales will help you remove the most common barriers to exercise by sharing basic quick and convenient workout recommendations. No fitness equipment is necessary. Get back to the basics of exercise and learn how to work in your workout no matter what’s in your way.

About Your Program Presenter
Joann Nales is a Crosby Wellness Center fitness instructor certified in Functional Movement Systems. Her specialties include functional movement, strength and conditioning, weight loss and degenerative disorders. Nales is a graduate from the University of Florida. She studied Applied Physiology and Kinesiology with a concentration in Health and Wellness and minored in Disabilities in Society. She interned at the University of Central Florida’s Center for Musculoskeletal Research and Gainesville Health and Fitness.
