About Your Program Presenter
Jennifer P. Rodney, M.D., joined The Ear, Nose, Throat and Plastic Surgery Associates in 2019. She grew up in Saint Petersburg, Florida and has sung professionally throughout her life. Her background in performing led her to become an otolaryngologist and pursue fellowship training in Laryngology and Care of the Professional Voice at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Dr. Rodney’s practice welcomes patients with general ENT issues and focuses on voice, airway, and swallowing disorders. Her areas of expertise include medical and surgical care of the professional voice, benign and malignant laryngeal lesions, vocal cord paralysis, neurolaryngological disorders such as spasmodic dysphonia, Zenker’s diverticulum, cricopharyngeal dysphagia, and laryngotracheal stenosis, including both endoscopic and open complex airway reconstructive surgery. She works collaboratively with our speech-language pathologists to provide multi-disciplinary care for patients with voice, airway, and swallowing problems. Dr. Rodney has authored and presented an array of publications at numerous venues across the country, including the Triological Society Combined Sections Meeting, Fall Voice Conference, and The Voice Foundation Annual Symposium.
