Join us in person for “Yoga for Menopause” on Wednesday, September 21 at 7 PM.

Learn to support your journey through menopause with yoga. In this program, Crosby Wellness Center’s certified group exercise and yoga instructor Dawn Marie will discuss this important time in a woman’s life. Then, Dawn Marie will showcase yoga moves to aid your transition through perimenopause, menopause and beyond.

During menopause, many women can lose bone density as estrogen lowers and belly fat distributes. It’s also often a time where women experience trouble sleeping, hot flashes, digestion issues and even fuzzy mind. After a brief discussion, you’ll hit the mat with several gentle poses for a smooth natural transition. This program will help balance some of these menopause-specific issues naturally and improve your mood.

Special Instructions: Please bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. Yoga blocks and towels will be provided.

This class is presented by Dawn Marzlock and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
