Join us during Stress Awareness month on the terrace* for Tai Chi. Instructor Alan Zemel will lead you through steps combined with smooth continuous movements. At the completion of class, enjoy some chai tea from Nourish. Participants are required to wear a mask, practice social distancing. Weather permitting, in case of inclement weather indoor location will be announced. Cost: $5.

*Space is limited. Minimum of four participants is required with a maximum of 12.

No refunds will be issued, and registration is non-transferable.
