Did you know storyboarding can be a valuable part of the creative writing process?

When you hear the word “storyboard,” you likely imagine a graphic artist or filmmaker planning out their next great visual project. But did you know storyboarding can be a valuable part of the creative writing process?

In this workshop led by Central Florida Community Arts Teaching Artist Chris Hicks, learn how to better craft your stories by using a storyboard. She will guide you through using the structures of a story to elevate your writing.

Not only will you learn to create engaging stories through the use of a storyboard template, you’ll also synthesize your creative ideas in artistic written formats. Plus, this collaborative workshop will offer the opportunity to connect with other writers and artists.

This program is presented by Chris Hicks of CFCArts and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
