Join us for Not Your Typical Trivia Game (Webinar) on Tuesday, January 4 at 1 PM.

Do you have what it takes to compete in a game of trivia? Grab your thinking cap and start the new year off right by joining Sara Wright, Wellbeing Guide at the Center for Health & Wellbeing, for a series of trivia questions that will test your knowledge on everything from food to fitness. You’ll get a chance to answer multiple choice questions, share stories, make friends and learn fun facts to improve your overall health and wellbeing.

This program is presented by Sara Wright and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

How to join the Zoom Program:

Upon registration for this program, you will receive two emails:

  • One email from Eventbrite: you can either disregard this email or save it for your records. No action is needed with this message.
  • One email from the Center for Health & Wellbeing: this email will contain your link to join the Zoom meeting. Simply select the link and the Zoom Meeting will launch. Please allow yourself five – 10 minutes before the program starts to launch Zoom and confirm your technology is working properly.

About the Program Presenter

Sara Wright is the wellbeing guide at the Center for Health & Wellbeing (CHWB). She is also a personal trainer with the Peggy & Philip B. Crosby Wellness Center at CHWB. Wright joined the Winter Park Health Foundation, owner of the Crosby Wellness Center and co-owner and primary developer of the CHWB, in March 2019. As the wellbeing guide, she works directly with community members providing wellbeing coaching and consultation. Wright makes suggestions, provides educational resources, and links each person to programs and services suited to attain health and wellbeing goals safely and smartly. She also creates an individualized plan and provides motivational support as each community member works to achieve success along their personal wellbeing journey. Wright has more than 20 years of professional experience, including the following areas of expertise: Social Services, Health Education, Community Relations, Management, Personal Training, and Fitness Coaching. She earned a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and two bachelor’s degrees. She is passionate about helping others reach their goals and achieve self-empowerment.
