Fit for the Holidays
November 29, 2022 at 11:00 am - 12:00 PMThe holidays can be very stressful, and it’s now even more important to take the time for yourself and your wellbeing. We have a secret to share: fitness does not have to be complicated to be effective. And, we promise, it can be fun! Join Crosby Wellness Center group fitness instructor Ashley Ross for a festive themed movement class involving total body muscles set to classic holiday music.
This program will offer movement choreography that can be individually adapted to both moderate- and low-impact forms, and participants will choose whether they prefer the moderate- or low-impact version of the movement. No experience is required to attend this program. Bring a friend to move with and sing along to classic holiday music to de-stress and burn calories.
Program Notes: Please come dressed in comfortable fitness attire and closed toe shoes. We also recommend bringing a water bottle that can be refilled in our refillable water station.
This program is presented by Ashley Ross and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in partnership with the Crosby Wellness Center.
