In this Tai Chi for Arthritis program at the Crosby Wellness Center inside the Center for Health & Wellbeing, you’ll learn the skills necessary to relax and perform the Tai Chi movements that can put you on the path to greater mobility and happiness. Classes are geared to your ability and can be performed seated, standing or walking. This program was created by Dr. Paul Lam and is recommended by the CDC for fall prevention.
