June 21 | 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Event Types :
The summer solstice occurs on June 20, however we will be celebrating on June 21 (International Yoga Day) with specialty Yoga classes.
Three classes will be held throughout the day each containing 36 sun salutations followed by a meditations practice.

Class Two: 1:30am (Mind Body Studio)
Class Three: 6:30pm (Fitness Studio)

Why 108? The number 108 symbolizes universal love, eternity and awaken. According to yogic tradition, there are 108 sacred sites throughout India, 108 Upanishads, and 108 marma points, or sacred places of the body.
And finally, the distance between the sun and the earth is 108 times the sun’s diameter, making it a truly significant number, especially on the day of the summer solstice
The Center for Health & Wellbeing is currently closed to the general public. The Crosby Wellness Center is currently open to members and member guests only. All participants must register for the class. Max of 15 participants per class. For more information, please call 407-644-3606 or visit the Member Services Desk.
