Step 1: Pick up your MOVE150 challenge card at the Crosby Wellness Center Member Services Desk.

Step 2: Complete any of the activity challenges, writing in the date completed and the duration.

Step 3: Submit your completed MOVE150 card to the Member Services Desk by May 21.

Submit your completed MOVE150 card to us after the challenge. We will add your card to our grand prize drawing. One winner chosen from the drawing will receive a Theragun Mini™ Massage Device!

For seven days you’ll complete one square per day to accumulate 150 minutes or more of physical activity. Activity challenges do not have to be completed in order. The winner of our grand prize drawing will be notified the week of May 24. Submit your completed MOVE150 challenge card to the Member Services Desk by May 21 to be entered to win a Theragun Mini.
