Learn how to make a one-of-a-kind book with a marbled cover and bind it with a beautiful hand-stitching that you learn in this unique workshop! Your personal creation is great to use as a sketch book, notebook, diary, and so forth.

This program is part of our six week “art sampler” series with Crealdé School of Art. Check the calendar for additional opportunities to grow and nurture your creativity.

This program is presented by Crealdé School of Art and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.

About the Presenter:  

Silvana Martins has been creating for 25 years. After graduating with an Occupational Therapy degree she dedicated herself to creating in her studio. Silvana specialized in paper marbling, but has practiced in bookbinding, sewing, watercolor, ceramics, enameling, wood turning, and more. She is most passionate about helping others learn new, exciting, and beautiful ways to make art.
