Food as Medicine: Cooking for Gut Health (Webinar)
September 14, 2022 at 11:00 am - 12:30 PMWhy is gut health so important? In this webinar presentation of a live cooking program in the Center for Health & Wellbeing’s Nutrition Theatre, Registered Dietitian and Culinary Medicine Specialist Allison Harrell will share ways to improve your gut health by eating delicious plant powered food. She’ll be joined by Daniel Galante, DO, a colorectal Surgeon at AdventHealth Winter Park.
Registered webinar participants will receive a booklet for the following recipes:
- Chopped Asian Salad with Orange – Sesame Miso Dressing
