Center for Health & Wellbeing

One of the major stressors of home ownership is ongoing maintenance; yet most people are never taught what is adequate and necessary maintenance. During this program presented by licensed home inspector Jason Solano, attendees will review the most common (and avoidable) problems found during home inspections; learn what to watch for and how to fix them and understand the life expectancy of home appliances and household structures.

Special Instructions: Please be prepared for this program with a notebook and writing utensil.

This program is presented by Jason Solano and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
