Join us for Spiritual Resistance in Wartime France – Lessons For Today (Webinar) on Tuesday, March 23 at 1 PM.

During the Nazification of Europe, a small community of resisters in France described their efforts as “spiritual resistance.” Why did they define it as such? What did this “spiritual resistance” entail and how did they see the relationship between spirituality and the urgent political crises of their time? In this presentation led by Theology Professor Brenna Moore, you will learn about this community’s courage to resist violence and oppression; the relationship between spirituality and politics; and the lessons we can learn today from their stories.

This program is presented by Brenna Moore and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
