Join us for Spice It Up – Adding Flavor and Nutrition to Every Meal (Webinar) on Wednesday, March 3 at 12:30 PM.

Much more than simple flavor enhancers, spices have a multitude of benefits including health properties, coloring and preservative agents. Join Roniece Weaver, co-founder of Hebni Nutrition Consultants, as she demonstrates how to use spices and marinades to change flavor profiles and use less sodium in your cooking. During this program, Weaver will also show you how to make a five-spice seasoning dry rub to use on meats before mixing a Green Marinade to finish over a tasty fish dish. Spice up your taste buds by joining us for this cooking demonstration!

By participating in this program, you can expect to learn how:

  • cooking can be healthful and still taste good;
  • to impart flavor without the sodium;
  • to cook fish without over drying.

Special Instructions: Participants will receive a list of materials and recipes upon registering.

This program is presented by Roniece Weaver and is hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
