Back by popular demand! In March, the talented dancers from Magennis Academy, Orlando’s premiere Irish dance school, dazzled Center for Health & Wellbeing visitors with a special interactive performance of the ancient art of Irish dancing. To celebrate the halfway point to next year’s St. Patrick’s Day, you’re cordially invited to once again enjoy Irish dancing by some of America’s top dancers. You’ll marvel as they display this beautiful art form through intricate footwork and vibrancy. Founded in 2020 by Declan Magennis, a former world champion and professional dancer who successfully toured more than 30 countries with the world’s leading Irish dance shows, the Academy boasts dancers that are Top 10 in the nation and have been successfully qualified for the world championships.

Magennis Academy dancers will perform classic Irish dances before teaching the basics that are sure to impress next St. Patrick’s Day or any day of the year.

This program is presented by Declan Magennis and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation in collaboration with Magennis Academy.
