Date & Time

September 21 | 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Join us for “How to Go from Emotional Depletion to Renewal” on September 21 at 11 AM.

Our emotions play a big role in determining how much energy we have each day. Sometimes we can have an emotion draining our energy and not even be aware that it’s happening. If you’re interested in reducing fatigue and exhaustion and enhancing your ability to think clearly and find better solutions to daily challenges, join Show Up Awesome founder and certified life coach Stephanie Veraghen in this workshop focused on identifying and understanding your emotions and regulating your moods to increase resilience and energy.

By participating in this session, you can expect to:

  • identify emotions and where they land on the “Depletion to Renewal Grid.”
  • gain awareness around the emotions you experience.
  • understand the impact that depleting and renewing emotions have on your physiology.

This program is presented by Stephanie Veraghen and hosted by the Winter Park Health Foundation.
