This class will also provide useful tips and inspiration for using common ingredients featured in CSA boxes this time of year\, as well as the harvest at your local farmers’ markets. \nIn this class\, Chef Collette\, a classically trained chef\, will demonstrate how to make (and you’ll sample) the following dishes: Florida Shrimp & Corn Chowder; Tile Fish with Cabbage & Broccoli Slaw; and Blueberry & Peach Cobbler. \nCancelling Your Reservation: In order to receive a full refund\, participants must cancel their program registration at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of the program. Her programs and tools make a positive difference in the health of our communities by instilling confidence and knowledge in the kitchen. \nAnupama Sharma Saigal\, MD \nAnupama Sharma Saigal\, MD is a fellowship trained breast surgical oncologist. She received her medical degree from the University of Maryland and went on to complete her surgical residency at the University of Pennsylvania. After becoming a board-certified general surgeon\, Dr. Saigal then went on to Columbia University and completed a fellowship in breast surgical oncology.
