Laughter Yoga has been scientifically proven to: release stress; boost the immune system; exercise your heart & lungs; elevate mood; improve circulation; reduce symptoms of arthritis\, asthma\, allergies & pain; and foster feelings of kindness\, joy\, forgiveness & love. Laughter truly is the best medicine! \nSpecial Note: No yoga mat is needed\, and this program is open to attendees of all ages!
